Why when I put a spare bulb 3.5 volts on the set of 35 light, automatically burns?

I think for the 35 light is 125 amp and 125 amp is divided by 35, and is about 3.5 volts. So why is the bulb burning? This section is for Christmas because buying light sets for Christmas. It is either put on Halloween, or electronics. I do not see an electrical section. This was in my opinion the best section for put in.
