These levels are not met, â € DeCicco said. â € œThere have been many promises of alternative fuels and promotions in recent years, and in full all this activity has no measurable dent in U.S. oil consumption. So while the proposal in the president s ™ € speech was good, little little with the general policy objectives without a country is failing and has been for 20 years. If the result of these policies donâ € ™ t into a binding law, then they € ™ ll continue rhetoric.â €
