The Department of Defense considers Mexico one of the two governments in the world more prone to collapse "swift and sudden" that might require military intervention. A section of "weak and not countries, "a report recently released by the U.S. Forces Joint Command said that drug trafficking and organized crime could lead to a chaos and that the army is obliged to answer on grounds of national security. "On security, President-elect Obama emphasized his interest in finding ways to work together to reduce drug-related violence. Commended the steps that President Calderón has taken to improve security in Mexico and expressed support for going for the valuable work being done under the Merida Initiative. Obama said he believes that cooperation in the framework of the Merida Initiative could be a block Construction for a deeper relationship.

Obama expressed his support for President Calderón's pet project for the United States and Mexico to eradicate drug-related violence and stop the flow of weapons and cash into Mexico. He said President Calderón that he intends to request the Secretary Homeland Security to lead an effort to increase information sharing to strengthen these efforts.

Calderon, whom officials U.S. commended by the deployment of troops to combat drug cartels and the capture of drug kingpins, helped him win several million dollars from package drug helps the Bush administration last year. Interesting Obama supports that plan, known as the Merida Initiative.

Obama also said it is an admirer of the Calderon administration in Mexico's economy and its efforts to combat deadly drug violence.

According to the U.S. Joint Forces Command is a dynamic in the literature of weak states and that it has received relatively little attention, namely, the phenomenon from "rapid collapse." For the most part, the weak and the states do not represent chronic, long-term problems that deliver more sustainable periods.

The collapse of a state usually comes as a surprise, has a rapid onset, and poses serious problems. The collapse of Yugoslavia in a tangle nationalities chaotic war in 1990 suggests how suddenly and catastrophically state collapse can happen – in this case, a state that hosted the Olympic Games Winter 1984 in Sarajevo, and then quickly became the epicenter of the ensuing civil war.
