Eating profit – How the food you eat impacts your Bottom Line
I must confess, I was teaching what I practice before I share same. As they say, "Teach what you need to learn," was true for me. I am now pleased to share with you from the place of experience real, in good faith. What I will say that it has changed my life in a deeper way and then anything else I've learned.
I had a long history of "mental illness" as they call it. mild bi-polar depression, and add just to name a few. I have been diagnosed with them in a moment or another. For the most part, I thanked all of the mental trauma because it made me go to those dark places deep inside and really helped me find peace. Remember Eckart Tolle, said that those of us that we are in more pain are closer to enlightenment, because we have a reason to locate it. I would say is about right.
Being an entrepreneur evoke the strength and wisdom they have inside, like nothing else can. Also, the "strength" to integrate parts of yourself: Your left and right brain, mind, body and spirit, your inner child and your true self, just to name a few. You will have all these parts of itself work with you to succeed: that you have money, free time and you are living with passion and purpose.
I think this is why 90% of companies can not do it off the ground, because it lacks integration. Most employers just want to do their jobs without any kind of attention to details or the marketing of their craft – and sorry, that just not right. Some want to inspire others, but do not take care of themselves. Integration requires practice and perspective, but today I'm going to share an essential piece of this puzzle that has changed my life in a way that can feel physically, emotionally and mentally faster than anything I've ever done.
What I'm writing today is nutrition. As I write this, I stop to take a bite of the delicious lunch that includes salad: spinach, rosemary, basil, spinach, cabbage kale, parsley, arugula, spring leaves, tomatoes, dried tomatoes, yellow pepper, leek, cucumber, olive oil, lemon, and this "strengthening salad" I relish the raw food section of Whole Foods with seven different super foods in it. Now imagine how I feel after eating that?
Since I tend to have crazy brain chemistry, I started taking an interest in how food affects. The food is so important and vital for good brain chemistry, be happy, have an optimistic attitude and energy. Now I can say from experience that I feel more like "me" than ever before in my life. It is really amazing.
How does this affect your bottom line? Think about it. What is needed to make more money? You need energy, an uplifting attitude, clarity and focus, right? Of course! If you're starting your day with a cup of coffee and a bagel, it is directed that way.
This is not what you want when you have your own business. Want to start your day with the cleaning of your body, move your body, and a good first meal that will set you up for a whole day of inspired action and substantiation.
Here are some tips I suggest:
1. Take 20 to 30 ounces of water upon waking. Try a little water with a little lemon juice, honey and aloe vera juice to revive your body cleansing processes.
Exercise 2. At least 20 minutes every day. If you take one or two days a week out of "exercise" and then sit down and do some stretching and deep breathing.
3. Start your day with a healthy shake. It has been shown that the protein in the morning can help your attention throughout the day, but you also need vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. There is no better way than with a jerk. It's also SUPER easy on your digestion that will keep high-energy for 3 to 4 hours. I have a fantastic recipe to use mines (stay away from Slim Fast & related products, are full of refined sugar, which is a no-no.)
I will share my recipe with you, enjoy:
1 can coconut juice (Amy & Brian)
A little water (enough to mix everything good)
1 ounce of mangosteen juice (or mangosteen / mix of noni) (costs of something big about $ 20 but lasts a while)
1 teaspoon of bits of raw cacao
1 tablespoon molasses
1 / 2 teaspoon ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon raw coconut oil
2 tablespoons Goji berries
2 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 / 2 teaspoon of bee pollen (please read about this time of purchase – you have to build for more than a week or two, and careful of allergies.
Fruit:
1 / 2 cup (more or less) fresh blueberries
Most berries are good, fresh is good, but I like a bit of frozen fruit for texture. I use a mixture of frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries and blackberries and strawberries)
1 teaspoon green super-food (including Spirulina, blue green algae, etc.
This gives you more value nutritious than the average person receives in a month. Each of these foods is staggering out! For your body, is an essential key to your happiness, health and wealth.
