General information:

The GBC, there are four pins and debinder tool is designed for use with GBC four pin reclosable binding spines. It is a small hard plastic tool and includes features to help you bind and loose your documents with four pin Velobind. Normally you will get one of these tools when you purchase a personal Velobind blow, such as the V110e and V50. However users who have bigger hot knife binding system and want bind documents with the strips can not be resealed with one of these tools. Furthermore, these tools are quite small and may be lost or broken. In these cases, tool replacement can be purchased.
Operation:

Binding Documents with 4-pin Velobind strips is actually quite easy. In fact, there actually four simple steps …

1. First you have to drill holes in your document. You can use an awl or small as you can use V110e a larger machine that produces a pattern of eleven pin (standard four pin-holes are aligned). You can even use punched paper.

2. Next you need to insert the strip with the pins in the holes in the paper.

3. Then you need to insert the strip to receive the back of your document to ensure that the pins extend through holes in the strip.

4. Finally, it is necessary to complement the pins in the channels on the back fringe reception.

Debinder The four pin tool is really intended to help users with the fourth step. The smaller end of the tool has a rounded bullnose style edge. This part of the tool has a script to slide smoothly along the strip during the reception link. To use this tool simply place it on the Strip to receive and quickly push the tool too much forward bending and breaking PIN instead. You'll have to do this with each of the four bolts.

The other side of the tool is designed to help you edit your documents which are linked with four pin reclosable binding strips. It has a small corner near the end of the tool and in that corner is a small goatee. The corner is designed to be the same width as the strip joint and the remote is designed to grab your PIN Velobind strip so you can lift it to debinder your document. Trying to unhook the pins from the strip to receive without this tool can be difficult.

Weaknesses / Limitations:

The four pin Velobind and forcing debinder tool is fairly easy to use and can certainly help in assembling and editing documents. However, it is only made of plastic. Although it would difficult to break the tool as a whole, it is possible to break the command of debinding small if you are not careful. Unfortunately, the tool is pretty useless without control of debinding. That just means you should be careful when you are lifting the pins from the Gaza receipt that you do not intrude too much.
The process binding and debinding is still very handy, even when using this tool. Unfortunately, that is the nature Velobinding four pin. The tool will help to save time trying to bend the legs at hand. They also bind more closely. However, you still need to meet each individual pin and may take a little time.

Recommendation:

For organizations that are binding documents with the pin reclosable Velobind four strips binding of this tool is almost a necessity. While you can bind your documents by hand, join the four-pin debinder tool will help increase productivity and make the bonding process much easier. Just be careful with the debinding knob and you should be ready to go.
