broken arm has healed, but twisted?

I broke my arm and wrist a couple of years ago, but for now its cured and everything must return to normal. As I'm sure his twisted and each time you do weights in the gym once I am in a certain weight to the pain and cannot really support the weight (my other arm can be). Can anyone help? What be the best thing to do?

The first thing to do is get an x-ray and see how cured. If they heal poorly, an orthopedic surgeon can make an osteotomy (surgical pause) and reconfigured with either a cast or a plate and bolts
