Help! My hamster is chewing the cage bar!?

My hamster is chewing the bars of the cage, lately, I have a stick to bite, but it doenst like pretty much. I'm very worried and want her to hurt herself. But she just cannot stop it. I wonder if more toys will help, so please tell me what to do.

If I was stuck in that cage I try to eat my way out too. Maybe a whole in a safe place and let it roam, even just play with her in bed as you exit the prison cell a little hamster. Treating some Cheerios. My hamster used to fill up 60 in his cheeks. Fun for everyone!
