What angle has the greater thrust of the rotor blades in the air?

I understand that as the angle of attack increases accordingly increase thrust, but at some point if the angle is too high, as if its about 90 degrees, then the idea becomes almost nonexistent. So I wonder what is the best angle of attack of rotor blades in the air, to lift / push only, not control.

It all depends on the curvature of the blade. A sheet drop flat to the right will rise about 15 degrees. A blade designed for lifting loose will rise to about 23 degrees. There are too many variables to calculate the elevation spending weeks without the calculation of the structure of the blade angles, the coefficients of drag knife, vector of the blade, the blade speed in air different nodes, the flexible structure.
